The **IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S)** is a transnational society with more than 11,000 members and 190 chapters worldwide. The Society promotes the advancement of microwave theory and its applications, including RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and terahertz technologies.
The Serbia and Montenegro Chapter (MTT-17) is one of the most active chapters in the section, fostering excellence in research and education. The chapter regularly organizes international conferences and workshops, connecting academic institutions in Niš, Belgrade, and Novi Sad with the global microwave community.
IEEE MTT-S has recognized our chapter for exceptional performance and service to its members worldwide.
The Outstanding Chapter Award is given to no more than 5% of the MTT Society chapters globally. We are honored to be among the best in the world!
